Mr. Hirsch is the President, CEO and founder of PGT and the inventor our games and platforms.  Prior to founding PGT, Mr. Hirsch was the President & CEO of Oragenics, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company (NYSE: OGEN) he led from technical insolvency to a market capitalization high of $100MM.  Prior to joining Oragenics, Mr. Hirsch founded and operated a boutique legal and investment banking practice with a focus on advising and financing distressed, publicly-traded, emerging technology companies. Mr. Hirsch has experience in corporate restructuring as a manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in San Francisco and in venture capital as an associate with the Cottonwood Group, a seed-stage venture firm in Silicon Valley.  While there, he was a co-founder of eWorld Systems. Mr. Hirsch has earned a MSIA (MBA) from the Tepper Graduate School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, a JD from Drake University Law School, and a BA in Economics from Indiana University. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida.

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hussain is the CTO of PGT and a Founder.  He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Miami. He has twenty-one years of experience in enterprise software development. He has a strong focus on infrastructure and application security development, having consulted with companies such as the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, Vanguard Mutual Funds and Huntington Banks. His capabilities include strong hands-on technical skills in systems administration and systems development, including Linux, Windows and MAC/OS administration. He is an expert in object-oriented analysis and design, with a special focus on the security of distributed systems for the financial industry sector. He currently has two patents awarded and two patents pending in the information security area.


Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Fain is the VP of Business Development of PGT and a Founder.  He is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience in finance, business development and operations.  Mr. Fain has held positions with some of the largest financial institutions in the U.S. and most recently built a global book of business for a private real estate development lender that exceeded $1.5 billion.  Mr. Fain has earned a BA from the University of Maryland.

Lead Designer / Creative Director

Mr. Johnson is the Lead Designer / Creative Director of PGT and a Founder.  He brings over 20 years of experience in design and animation.  He was formerly the designer/animator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. While with the Buccaneers, Mr. Johnson was awarded the best team site design by the National Football League and received recognition for his design work by then White House Chief of Staff, Dr. Condoleeza Rice and the National Football League Chairman.  Mr. Johnson was also pre-nominated for a 2006 Grammy Award for creating the album cover of “Rockford” by the band Cheap Trick.


Advisor & Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Yoder is a Founder and Managing Director of Intercontinental Sports Marketing (“ISM”).  ISM is a team of sports marketing and revenue generating executives with over 150 years of service within sports marketing agencies (IMG), associations and teams (Premier League, NASL, Major League Baseball, etc.) and media (ABC/ESPN, Univision, etc.).  He has a strong background in Sports Marketing and Management, having served as VP/Treasurer/Corporate Officer of International Management Group (IMG) over a period of 11 years when IMG grew 10 fold to 65 worldwide offices in 35 countries. After leaving IMG, he has served as a consultant, investor and outsourced CFO to several leading sporting groups.  Mr. Yoder maintains relationships with the vast (current and former) IMG network of sports/marketing agents, event managers and broadcasting executives. Prior to his experience at IMG, Mr. Yoder held middle management tax planning and treasury positions with BFGoodrich and Diamond Shamrock where he was part of negotiating teams that bought/sold various corporate assets.  Mr. Yoder has earned an MBA from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary, and an AB (cum laude) from Wittenberg University. Mr. Yoder also serves as an Adjunct Professor (part time on week-ends) at the University of Akron, where he teaches courses in Sports Marketing / Management and Business Negotiations.
