Casino Games

OVERVIEW.  PGT’s single-player casino products include the Redraw, Cash Out and Two-Step concepts, which are contained in two separate patent applications. We recently received allowances from the USPTO for both applications. As such, we expect patents to be issued in the coming weeks. Our first games are based on Texas Hold’em Poker.

• Redraw. The player is dealt two hole cards face up. They are then presented with a redraw offer. If accepted, the player’s hole cards are returned to the deck and two new hole cards are dealt. Acceptance does not end the hand.
• Cash Out. The player is dealt their hole cards and the flop is revealed. The player is then presented a cash out offer. They can accept it or play out the hand. Acceptance ends the hand.
• Two-Step. A series of cards are dealt face down and the player picks a sub-set, which become their hole cards.

GAME MECHANICS. Our concepts incorporate light decision-making, which creates the perception that the player can influence the outcome. It’s this perception that enhances player engagement and increases the duration of play.

PIPELINE. Our concepts can be combined to produce 7-8 game variations in each game category. In the coming months, we will apply our concepts to other popular casino games, including Blackjack, Slots, Baccarat, and Pai Gow Poker. All told, this affords us with a future pipeline of 50+ gaming titles.
