YOU GET THE OPTION TO CASH OUT YOUR HAND AFTER THE FLOP!

GAME INSTRUCTIONS

Texas Cash Out is a patented game based on a 7-card poker format and represents a new and engaging way to play video poker.  Here’s how it works.

STEP 1.  GAME PARAMETERS.  First, the player selects the number of hands and the number of credits per hand they wish to play.  Texas Reload currently enables a player to play up to five hands at a time and wager up to five credits per hand.  For example, if credits are set to $1.oo, then a player who is playing five hands at five credits per hand is essentially wagering $5.00 per hand and $25.00 total for the round.  Once the parameters have been set, the player clicks the PLAY button to initiate play.

STEP 2.  THE HOLE CARDS ARE DEALT, THE FLOP IS REVEALED AND A CASH OUT OFFER PRESENTED.  Each player hand is randomly dealt two cards face up from a standard 52-card deck.  These are the player’s Hole Cards.  Next, five of the remaining 50 cards are dealt face down to each hand.  These are the hand’s Community Cards.  The first three community cards (the “Flop”) are revealed.  The player is then presented with a Cash Out Offer.  To accept the Cash Out Offer, the player simply clicks the associated button.  Clicking again deselects the offer.  Once the player has accepted the desired Cash Out Offers for all of the hands they’re playing, they click the REVEAL button to continue game play.  This locks in the Cash Out Offer, credits the player’s account for the total amount of all Cash Out Offers accepted.  If a Cash Out Offer is accepted, it ends the hand.

STEP 3.  FLOP, TURN & RIVER REVEALED.  Next, the remaining two unrevealed cards (the Turn and River) for each remaining hand are revealed.

STEP 4.  BEST 5-CARD POKER HAND DETERMINED & WINNING HANDS PAID OUT.  The player’s hand is analyzed and the best 5-card poker hand combination is determined, and if sufficient, the hand will be paid out according to the published payout table, which is accessible by clicking the Payouts Slider in the upper-right-side of the screen.

STEP 5.  PLAY AGAIN.  The hand is now over and the player is presented with a PLAY AGAIN button.

**7-CARD POKER HANDS ARE COMING!  We now have the probability tables for 7-card poker hands!  This is very exciting news because it will enable operators to offer giant payouts (i.e., $1 million for a 7-card Royal Flush on a $1 wager) or incredible progressive jackpots.

KEY QUESTIONS.

How is the Cash Out Offer determined?  The Cash Out Offer is the expected return of the Hole Cards and Flop based on the payout table.  For example, if the hand’s Cash Out Offer is -$2.15, this means that on average, the player will win $2.15 by playing out the hand.  As such, Cash Out Offers are operator neutral.  Also note that operators can apply a discount to the Cash Out Offer as well.

How many Cash Out Offers does a player receive for a single-hand?  Only one.

How much time does a player have to accept a Cash Out Offer?  The demo version is currently set to enable a player with an unlimited amount of time to decide whether to accept a Cash Out Offer.  However, we realize that in real play, this can create an issue where a player leaves in the middle of a round, or simply takes way too much time.  As such, we have the ability to employ a timer.  If the timer ticks down to zero, then the REVEAL button is automatically depressed and the game moves to its conclusion.

Is the payout table adjustable?  Yes.  Right now, the payout table is set to an RTP of 96%.  However, we can adjust it to meet your needs.

A NEW ERA FOR VIDEO POKER

ORIGINS.  We took a deep dive into the history of video poker when we created Texas Cash Out.  What we learned is that by incorporating light decision-making into game play we create the perception (not the reality) that players can influence the outcome.  This effectively increases player engagement and is the secret of the prolonged staying power and longevity of 5-card draw video poker.

THE CASH OUT CONCEPT.  Texas Cash Out employ’s PGT’s patent-pending Cash Out concept.  Each time a player accepts a Cash Out Offer, it’s the equivalent of playing a complete hand.

7-CARD POKER HANDS ARE COMING!  We now have the probability tables for 7-card poker hands!  This is very exciting news because it will enable operators to offer giant payouts (i.e., $1 million for a 7-card Royal Flush on a $1 wager) or incredible progressive jackpots.

THE OPPORTUNITY.  Texas Cash Out represents an entirely new way to play video poker.
